Polynucleotides

Polynucleotides (PN or PRDN) are a safe and natural injectable treatment. They've been used in the NHS for over 20 years. They are derived from Trout or salmon. On maturation, DNA 🧬 is extracted from the gonads of the fish. This is then heated at a high temperature to remove any harmful substances. The fractionated molecules of DNA are then added to sodium chloride gel. Polynucleotides have a shelf life of approximately 30 minutes, after which, it dissipates after triggering a chain reaction, setting off fibroblast proliferation to regenerate cells. Results can show at 3/4 weeks, target results at 3 months.  Three treatments are recommended 3 weeks apart. Results can last up to 9 months with a further session to prolong results.

Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is a pain free exfoliating treatment performed on the face. It assists with dry, rough skin, acne scars, uneven dull skin tone and large pores. It’s a safe, effective treatment for overall skin rejuvenation and can produce a smoother skin texture and a clearer complexion, while minimising fine lines and wrinkles. By removing dead skins cells and vellus hairs, a healthier luminescent glow is revealed. Suitable for all skin types. Facial Peel Treatments

Skin:within offer various peel treatments suitable for a range of skin types. These include superficial and epidermal medical & botanical Glycolic acid AHA face peels at 40% & 70% strength as well as a mild peppermint PMP peel and BioReelCL3 peel. These treatments remove the dead skin cells in the outer layers of the skin by applying a chemical solution which stimulates the growth of new cells and collagen underneath. Peels improve the appearance of the skin by reducing age spots, sun damage, and evening out skin tone whilst revealing new brighter skin. Peels can also be used to treat active acne, fade acne marks and deep cleanse blocked pores.

Glycolic (AHA) peels are the safest treatment with no actual peeling, but provides the same fantastic results as a medium and deep peel without the risks or side effects. Ideal for oily acneic skin and large pores.

Other peels offered include slow release multi-acid soft (SRS) professional peeling system which ecourages new cell turnover and brings healthy cells to the surface.
